The event

The pop-up office is more than just a special workday – it's a philosophy. Based on the principles of culture design, we strive to create creative spaces that inspire, motivate, and connect. We believe that the way we work shapes our culture. And this is precisely where the pop-up office comes in: moving away from the traditional office routine and toward an open and flexible work culture in the fresh air.

After a successful launch in Munich with a unique mix of coworking, talks, networking, workshops, and sunshine, we're now bringing the concept to the Spreewald. What awaits you? An inspiring setting, exciting ideas, and plenty of opportunities for exchange. Whether you're looking for focused work, creative brainstorming, or simply a break in the countryside – everyone will find the perfect spot here.

Who can participate?

Everyone! We welcome a wide range of people, brands, and companies from a variety of industries and professional fields. Whether individually, with friends, family, or as a whole team—it's easy to find connections!

How can we participate?

You can simply come by and listen to the talks. You can also come by and work in peace and just be there. Or you can come by and bring a topic/talk/idea of your own!

How much does participation cost?

As a non-commercial event, participation in the Pop-up Office is free of charge.

What should we bring?

The infrastructure is available, including Wi-Fi/hotspots, electricity, ample seating, restrooms, and indoor and outdoor areas. However, it's a good idea to pack a power bank (if you have one). You can purchase food for your team on-site at reduced prices.

The location

Coworking where others vacation: The Drahnsdorf estate offers the perfect setting for our pop-up office. Originally vacant, this rural property has been collaboratively developed and given new life as a country estate and living lab through the Zukunftsorte project. Nestled in the pristine natural surroundings of Brandenburg, the historic farm complex is a true highlight – with light-filled rooms, exciting spatial concepts throughout the complex, and a huge, enchanted garden.

Whether you want to work on the terrace or in the orchard, or prefer the charming interior of the converted barn roof – here you can choose your favorite spot and plan your day the way you want. And after work, a relaxing after-work drink around the campfire awaits.

For those who want to know how the Drahnsdorf project area and the vision surrounding the estate have developed and what goals are being pursued, there will be a short guided tour of the area in the morning.
