Our Service Concept
This historic estate has three central buildings with four event rooms for your retreats or off-site meetings with space
from 10 to 100 people.
It's historically authentic and rurally beautiful. The extensive grounds have various microclimates, with small forests and wide meadows.
We rent each building exclusively. This allows for inspiring planning and design freedom, and you will feel at home.
The Estate is centrally located in a small village. It is surrounded by meadows, fields and forest on the edge of the Spreewald.
Our Service Concept
Healthy, regional, vegetarian catering. Meaningful team events that bring you together and help you find your strength. Yoga and methods that center and support you to think “out of the box”. And since so much is possible here, we would be happy to advise you personally on which “set up” suits you best.

The reconstruction of the estate from ruins was a community project. Community is part of the DNA of this place and shapes its aesthetics and atmosphere. We chose the name "Living Lab" when we started initiating infrastructure projects for the region in 2018. The estate and Living Lab form a common field for creativity and innovation.
