Andrea: "As an architect, I look at a space and its possibilities. As a dance therapist (according to Ana Halprin) with many years of experience in meditation and body work, I know about the interaction of body and space and how this can become a field of intensive self-experience and focus. As a philosopher, my central research topic was the connection between architecture and spaces of consciousness. Here in our project room we are working together on how the spatial-methodological environment in connection with culture and nature and its forces can support you directly and indirectly.”

Cyrus: Cyrus: "After studying (production design, communication and philosophy), I worked and taught in the area of ​​(then) new media. For several years I was rector and dean of an art college. I was particularly interested in how spaces can support social and creative processes.
In Drahnsdorf we finally had the opportunity to contribute our experiences unhindered to the development of this place. “In doing so, I found my passion for designing rooms scenically and atmospherically in order to test their often subtle effect on community and inspiration.”

Freedom for Creation
How can you develop an environment that encourages experimentation, rethinking and pushing boundaries?
A lot of things were made mobile and changeable here: chairs, tables, but also armchairs and sofas. There are screens to set up for “me and we” spaces and walls that can be hung in our largest room, behind which you can also stay overnight.
An even more comprehensive potential space unfolds when you consciously combine the various room atmospheres and furnishings. We would be happy to advise you on this.

75 Minutes from Südkreuz
The regional express (RE5) runs from Berlin to Drahnsdorf every two hours.

From Südkreuz it takes around 75 minutes by train. The exit is directly in Drahnsdorf.
It's a 5 minute walk to the estate from the train station. The project room is opposite the church.
By car
40 minutes from the city
From Berlin: First take the city highway 113, then take the A13 towards Dresden. Leave the motorway at the Staakow exit.

From there it's 15 minutes via Golßen to Drahnsdorf.
